Cancel/Change Order

At EVOQ, we understand that sometimes plans change. Please review our policy below for canceling or modifying your order.

Order Changes & Cancellations

You may cancel or make changes to your order within 24 hours of placing it, for any reason. During this window, we can update shipping information, modify items, or cancel the order entirely and issue a full refund.

After 24 hours, your order will have already entered processing and packaging. At that stage, we are unable to make changes or cancel the order, as it will likely have been handed off to our fulfillment or shipping carrier.
