Refund Eligibility

All orders are 100% refundable within 24 hours of being placed. If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us at contactevoq@gmail.com within this 24-hour window.

After 24 Hours

After 24 hours, your order will have entered processing. At that point, we are unable to issue a refund until the item is received and returned.

Return Instructions

To initiate a return after delivery, please email us at contactevoq@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide the return address and instructions.
Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and sent back within 14 days of delivery.
